Download the latest RawTherapee head builds

If you don't want to compile the source code yourself as described in this Mercurial HowTo wiki guide, you can now download builds of RawTherapee compiled by members of the community! Note that these builds are bleeding edge and so consider them unstable. It's very important that you report any errors to us using the forum so that we may fix them and so release a stable version sooner!

New Language pack: new language files and preparations for 3.0

Please be informed about the new language pack available for RawTherapee 3.0alpha1 and earlier (This language packs are also usable on other RT 2.4 version and RT 2.3). There are a few strings in it regarding 3.0alpha1 (but not all strings are translatable yet).

The following things changed since the last language pack:

  • new language: Brasilian Portuguese
  • updated languages: latvian, english, russian
  • added new available strings to all files (not all available yet)

Download RT v3.0 alpha 1

Requirements:

  • a fast processor with SSE support is recommended (but not required)
  • at least 512 MB of RAM.
  • Minimum recommended screen resolution 1024x768
  • Windows version: Windows 2000, XP or Vista (32bit) is required
  • For the linux version: gtk+ 2.12, gtkmm 2.14 series required

The SVN and issue tracker is maintained by Google code here.

Note that the pp2 files created by the older versions are not compatible with this alpha version. To avoid crashes please delete the old .pp2 files in the directories where you enter with this alpha version. The options and cache files will not be mixed up since they are stored in a different directory (named RawTherapeeAlpha).
